Heather is thrilled to join the team of yoga instructors at Wheaton Sport Center. She decided to pursue her 250 hour certification through Prairie Yoga after seeing how much a consistent yoga practice benefited all aspects of her life. As a five-year member of the club, Heather has been influenced and inspired by the many wonderful teachers at WSC and looks forward to sharing the joyful gift of yoga to those who join her for practice. Off the mat, Heather enjoys traveling, dancing, and going for nature walks and bike rides with her husband, three children, and dog. At the club since: 2022
A runner and triathlete, Jeannie started her yoga journey to build stamina and flexibility. The quiet of the practice coupled with mindful movement inspired her to seek more education through RYT-200 training. She specializes in hatha, power, and vinyasa flow and enjoys a vigorous practice to get her heart pumping. When not teaching yoga, she works for The GardenWorks Project, a local hunger assistance organization, and serves at her church as a worship leader. She lives with her husband and three children on a farmette in Wayne. 200hr Certified. At the club since: 2015
