Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and has a background of success working in health clubs in the greater Chicagoland area. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a degree in Exercise Physiology and Physical Education. She is an NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Elite Personal Trainer, and she also holds NASM certifications as a Nutrition Fitness Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, Senior Fitness Specialist & Golf Fitness Specialist. Lisa leads a very active and healthy lifestyle that includes yoga, resistance training, and cardio, and has a passion for creating healthy vegetarian meals. She is excited to join the Wheaton Sport Center family and oversee the Group Fitness programming, teach a variety of classes, and Personal Train at the Elite level. Anna grew up playing competitive sports and excelled in tennis and softball. She has over 9 years of experience training one-on-one and groups. Anna has a passion for helping others to live their best lives. She has been an ISSA certified personal trainer since 2011, has a B.S. in Human Resources and specializes in strength training & HIIT-based workouts. Anna has an attractive personality that keeps her clients coming back for more. She designs fun and effective workouts that will keep you guessing and appropriately challenged. Lisa believes that exercise can be a healing, fulfilling, and joyful activity to improve one’s health and well-being. She is passionate about getting her clients to work toward their fullest potential. In addition, she enjoys assisting her clients to grow stronger and move easily through proper technique and posture improvement. Lisa’s areas of interest include working with a variety of clients, especially those wanting to improve mobility, recover/prevent injury, and work toward lifelong health goals as well as athletes of all levels. Lisa has been a fitness enthusiast since childhood but it became a passion while attending Wheaton College. There she discovered the lifelong benefit of caring for her body through exercise. Lisa earned her B.S degree in Applied Health Science at Wheaton College and has five years of previous experience as an Exercise Therapist for spine conditions at Russeau Team Healthcare. Marco began playing sports at a young age starting with baseball at the age of 4 until the age of 18. He received a blue belt in Judo at the age of 13 and wrestled during his time in high school. Marco is currently a competitive powerlifter in the USPA in the 181lb weight class and spends most of his time competing as well as coaching within the sport. Marco received his Bachelors of Exercise Science from Loyola University of Chicago and has been in the fitness industry ever since. He specializes in general fitness, powerlifting, bodybuilding and sports specific training. Marco has experience training athletes from the youth to the professional level in football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, soccer and hockey. Marco also specializes in speed and agility training. With his education and overall training background, Marco creates well rounded training programs geared specifically towards each client’s goals and overall wellbeing. At the club since 2023

Nancy’s areas of interest include working with motivated clients of all ages and abilities who are willing to work hard and be challenged to achieve optimal results. Nancy provides a workout that is challenging, effective and fun while incorporating the latest fitness trends to give her client the best program possible. Her fitness passions include running, biking, outdoor activities, basketball, and strength training. She also enjoys being an avid sport spectator, especially baseball. Nancy earned her B.S. degree in Physical Education/Adult Fitness from University of Wisconsin- La Crosse. At the club since 1997. Tara has over 13 years of Personal Training and Group Fitness experience. She has been an athlete throughout her whole life and has won first place and overall in a Women’s Figure Bodybuilding competition. Tara’s passion for fitness grew stronger once she was diagnosed with MS at the age of 19, which crippled her more than a dozen times in her life. She never let the disease get in the way of her success–if anything she used MS as an opportunity to become stronger. She took it upon herself to get a degree in fitness so she could help others overcome any health and fitness challenge that they may face. She is now in remission from MS and her mission is to help inspire everyone to have faith in themselves! “Faith in yourself works miracles!” At the club since 2021.
