Grab a friend or walk solo, put on your favorite music and lace up! Walk side-by-side only when traffic allows. 8 laps = 1 mile. Please stay in your designated lane. Avoid collisions by keeping arms and hands within your lane.
WSC Indoor Track
All year round, no matter the weather, enjoy one of the largest indoor tracks in the Chicagoland area at Wheaton Sport Center! Lace up your favorite rubber soled shoes and take a walk, jog or run on our indoor track!
The WSC indoor track was built with a cutting-edge technology, Rekortan G-10 Traditional System, that is both designed for today’s athlete and is environmentally friendly. Watch the video below to learn more about our new track!
The WSC Indoor Track is a shared space with members using the indoor tennis courts. Please be aware of individuals entering and exiting the track & tennis courts.
Please follow the directional arrows for flow of traffic, these change daily.
TRACK USE
Running
Warm up and get moving … your physical and mental balance is waiting for your run! 8 laps = 1 mile. Please stay in your designated lane. Avoid collisions by keeping arms and hands within your lane. Track is for recreational use. High Speed Training should be done on the treadmills.
Children on the track
Our kids need to keep active, develop a life-long love of fitness and run off some energy!! Please remember, all children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult around the entire track during their use for their safety. Strollers and baby carriers are not permitted on the track.
