Wheaton Sport Center offers two tiers of yoga – yoga in Group Exercise and Yoga at The Studio. Group Exercise yoga is included in your general Health Club Membership, and Yoga at The Studio is a membership we offer for serious yogis or individuals who are ready to take their yoga experience to the next level.

Skill Level: Beginner – Intermediate
Gentle vinyasa flow, suitable for all levels. Learn to link breath to movement, explore proper aliment, and move through a thoughtful vinyasa sequence.

Studio Flow 1.5 (75)

Skill Level: Intermediate
Building on foundational poses that you learn in Flow 1, Flow 1.5 will add some more challenging poses and sequencing to the mix to help you continue to develop your practice.

Studio Yin (75)

Skill Level: All Levels
Develop physical and mental balance in this slow-based (yet challenging) practice. Studio YIN is a series of mat-based poses held for longer periods of time to work deep into the connective tissue. Challenge your mind to find peace through the physical sensations of your practice.

Studio Restore (75)

Skill Level: All Levels
Center your breath and your body in this restorative yoga class. Poses are held for an extended period of time with the aid of props to find your most comfortable expression of the pose. Practice stillness, allow the mind to quiet and body to rest.

Studio Sculpt (75/95)

Skill Level: Intermediate
Build lean muscle mass, boost metabolism, and sweat it out in this high-energy strength training class. Combine familiar yoga poses with weights and cardio to work your whole body, mind, and spirit.

Studio Power (75/95)

Skill Level: Intermediate
Challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility in this powerful vinyasa style class. Strong emphasis on breath to movement, building strength, and toning the whole body.

Studio Cardio Barre Fusion (85)

Skill Level: All Levels
Pilates, cardio, core, and barre elements combined in an upbeat format using various pieces and state-of-the-art equipment.

Studio Flow 2 (85/95)

Yoga at The Studio

The Studio is a step up from our Group Exercise Yoga. From the serene transition area to the beautiful bamboo floors, we’ve paid attention to every detail of this space. Step out of your everyday life and enter into the beauty of a candlelit room where your senses soak in calming and uplifting essential oils. Our studio boasts an upgraded HVAC system designed to reach heat and humidity levels conducive for hot yoga. Our comprehensive schedule offers a variety of heated and non-heated vinyasa, power, sculpt, and restorative classes throughout the day all taught by experienced instructors. Namaste.

The Studio Membership Information

The Studio members can enjoy unlimited classes and receive early access and discounted or complimentary pricing for specialty workshops and classes. Memberships include 10% off regular priced items at InStyle Boutique and The Spa products.

  • $116 Monthly for first adult
  • $10 Monthly for each additional family member
  • Already have a Health Club Membership? Upgrade to The Studio for $39
  • Non-members of The Studio can purchase a 10-pack for $110 or a drop-in class for $15

Specialty Classes/Workshops

The Studio will offer many specialty classes and workshops throughout the year to enhance your yoga practice. Future classes/workshops will be taught by Yoga Alliance certified instructors and guest teachers. Workshops and specialty classes will cover a variety of topics and interests such as:

  1. Breathwork and Meditation
  2. Alignment and Asana (Posture)
  3. Chatarunga 101
  4. Inversions and Arm Balances

These specialty classes and workshops will be offered at a discounted rate or complimentary to The Studio members and if space allows, opened up to other attendees for a fee. Check the club newsletter for dates and details!

Parties & Private Events

Yoga parties & private events are a memorable way to celebrate birthdays, bridal or baby showers, retirement parties, office gatherings, Girl Scout outings, Moms or Girls Nights Out, and even bachelorette parties! We will create a class based on the theme of your event. Call or email The Studio for pricing and more details.
