Sign up online or the WSC AppWSC is very excited to announce our partnership with the #1 Boxing Club and Educators in the country, Box ‘N Burn.
Our goal is to provide you with this latest and greatest exercise format, and we are the first club in the nation to offer their class outside of California. Unlike traditional boxing classes, Box ‘N Burn teaches its members proper technique and puts them through workouts used by boxers at the highest level in the sport so they can take their fitness levels to unprecedented heights. You can expect a high-energy, fun workout that consists of half boxing and half conditioning.

Classes are run by WSC Certified Box ‘N Burn Instructors who have received the approval from Tony and Glenn to teach their personally designed classes.
The classes are 45 minutes, and they consist of 12 three minute rounds combining heavy bag, mitt work, and whole-body strength training exercises. Studio 3 has been remodeled to offer the space and equipment necessary for Box ‘N Burn participants to enjoy and succeed. Sign up through your WSC App or online.
Gloves and wraps are required in classes. They will be available to purchase in INSTYLE for $59-$89.

No. Group classes are for all – no matter your age or fitness level. A common misunderstanding is that you need to be ‘in shape’ before starting boxing fitness training. This is completely false. Our classes are designed to allow our attendees to train at their own pace, giving the advanced students the opportunity to challenge themselves at the same time.
You don’t need to have ever boxed, we’ll teach you how to throw punches correctly and help you reach your fitness goals. Box ‘N Burn classes are high intensity, non-contact, and FUN!
Boxing helps you burn fat and tone muscle in a short amount of time – you’ll gain a firm butt, a smaller waist, toned arms, and a lean body.

Be sure to show up 10-15 minutes early so we can show you how to wrap your hands and explain the class structure to you.

Class is a well-balanced workout consisting of boxing fitness, cardio training, and functional fitness. It is a full-body workout – legs, core, back, shoulders, and arms.
You’ll be doing conditioning drills like jumping jacks, sit-ups, and quick feet drills as well as fundamental boxing with bag work.
Before class begins we’ll wrap your hands to protect them and get you in a pair of real boxing gloves.
No. Classes are non-contact and non-combat – you’ll get lean and toned like a fighter (without ever having to fight!).
