Fundamentals Class
Our Fundamentals Class is a 1:1 experience that introduces you to Pilates and our studio. You will learn about the popular reformer, how to set it up and use it in class, and proper body positioning and awareness. In this 55-minute private consultation, your instructor will engage with you and learn about your individual needs and goals. Fundamentals is recommended for first-timers, as a refresher, or for individuals interested in class level placement. $50 Member / $75 Guest.
Private
Enjoy a one-on-one session with your instructor in our Private Studio that hosts two Studio Reformers and other specialized apparatus. WSC Member: $75 per hour / $41 per half hour; Guest: $100 per hour / $54 per half hour.
Semi-Private
Enjoy a two-on-one session with your instructor in our Private Studio that hosts a Studio Reformer and specialized apparatus. WSC Member: $50 per hour / $28 per half hour; Guest: $75 per hour / $41 per half hour. Price per person.
Small Group
Enjoy a session for three to four individuals with your instructor in our Precision Studio that hosts Studio Reformers and various other apparatus. WSC Member: $44 per 55 minutes; Guest: $69 per 55 minutes

Pilates Foundation Flow (Monthly)
Learn and move through the foundations and the basics of the Pilates method using the Pilates Reformer. This piece of equipment features a bedded carriage with a system of customizable springs, ropes and pulleys which offers a unique form of exercise involving eccentric and concentric movements in order to focus on muscle tone and core strength. In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of alignment, breath, and proper movement mechanics at a slower pace while flowing through different variations of beginner exercises. Work the entire body in all planes of movement focusing on gradual progressions of Beginner Pilates exercises with a focus on building a strong body and core in an efficient way. This class is suitable for those who are new and those who are familiar with Pilates who would like to dive back into and focus on the basics. 55 min class.
Pilates Strong Flow Intermediate (Monthly)
Build a strong body from head to toe using the Pilates Reformer. This piece of equipment features a bedded carriage with a system of customizable springs, ropes and pulleys which offers a unique form of exercise involving eccentric and concentric movements in order to focus on muscle tone and core strength. Using the six fundamental principles of the Pilates Method which are Breathing, Centering, Concentration, Control, Flow, and Precision, work the entire body in all planes of movement focusing on gradual progressions of intermediate Pilates exercises with a focus on getting stronger. 55 min class.
Want a full body workout that combines the popular Reformer and other state-of-the-art exercise equipment? REACH is an energized, controlled-movement specialized small-group class focusing on lengthening, strengthening and improving total body awareness and alignment. Movements and postures involve Reformers, TRX straps, BoSu and bender balls. Each 55-minute class will be created and choreographed using this equipment in specific sequences. Each week, the same sequence is taught during class time. Currently a maximum of 9 participants is allowed during each class. WSC Member: $15/Class and $110/10-Pack.
