Classical Pilates Level 1
This class follows Joseph Pilates’ original order and principles. Contemporary Pilates All Levels

Contemporary Pilates Beginner
In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of alignment, breath, and proper movement mechanics at a slower pace while flowing through different variations of beginner exercises. You will work the entire body in all planes of movement focusing on gradual progressions of
Beginner Pilates exercises with a focus on building a strong body and core in an efficient way. This class is suitable for those who are new and those who are familiar with Pilates who would like to dive back into and focus on the basics.
Contemporary Pilates *Intermediate
This intermediate reformer class blends contemporary Pilates principles with athletic flow and creative sequencing. Designed for clients who have a strong foundation, this class moves at a steady pace with layered progressions, dynamic transitions, and full-body integration.

HIIT Pilates
This reformer based class focuses on lengthening, strengthening, and improving body alignment. You can expect a challenging, non-impact fitness class that utilizes reformers, TRX Straps, BoSus, bender balls, and /or weights. This tabata based class utilizes short bursts of work with brief periods of rest to achieve the ultimate calorie burn.
Intro to Pilates
Welcome to Pilates! This 30min class is designed to introduce you to the Pilates Reformer. You will learn how to customize the reformer to fit your body for the best Pilates experience. You will be introduced to basic Pilates reformer movements. After your intro class you will be ready to begin your Pilates journey and feel confident in group classes!
Mat x Tower
This dynamic class blends the precision of classical mat Pilates with the resistance and support of the tower system on the reformer. You’ll move through controlled core work, sculpting arm and leg sequences, and deep stretch flows using springs for both challenge and assistance. Expect intentional transitions, posture-focused strength work, and full-body integration that builds long, lean muscle while improving stability and flexibility. Pilates x Cardio
