Youth Fitness Options

Youth Fitness Training

The Wheaton Sport Center promotes fitness training for children ages 8 and up. Kids like to have fun, and we have fun training them! If your child is between the ages of 8 and 13 they are eligible to train with one of our trainers. We can provide one-on-one, partner, or group sessions. Normal personal training rates apply.

 

 

Youth Certification

Exercise is important for all ages! Our younger members (ages 10-13) are encouraged to get Youth Certified so they can exercise on the fitness floor with parental or guardian supervision. The Youth Certification educates children on the essentials of fitness and weight training as well as proper technique and machine safety. The Youth Certification is available by appointment only, and two options are offered. You may purchase two 30-minute sessions with a fitness specialist for $50 or a 3-pack of 30-minute sessions with a personal trainer for $100.

Youth Sports Training

Sports are a big part of our everyday life and culture. If your child is actively involved in a sport, let us train them to become stronger, faster, more athletic, and less likely to get injured. Our Youth Sports Training program is designed to help kids improve their athletic skills and excel in the sport of their choice, all while having fun and building confidence. Individual, partner and group training sessions are available in 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions. Normal personal training rates apply.
