Wheaton Sport Center Agility Camp Header


Boost your athlete’s performance at our agility camp that is tailored to enhance strength, agility, speed, and power. Through expert coaching and dynamic drills, watch them transform into unstoppable competitors on the field.

Youth Certification

WSC Youth Certification is a 60 minute class to introduce the Fitness Floor to 10-13 year old members.  After completion of this class, the member will have access to the area under the direct supervision of their parent or guardian. During this class, members will learn etiquette, how to use the cardio vascular machines and learn the different areas of the fitness floor.

Youth Certification Strength

WSC Youth Certification Strength is two 45 minute classes to introduce our 10-13 year old member to the weight & functional training area. The first class will review etiquette and set up a personalized workout consisting of 8-10 exercises. The second class will have the member work out with the personal trainer who will modify and correct form/exercises when necessary.  After completion of this class, the member will have access to the fitness floor with the Parent or Guardian in the fitness floor area. The class is necessary for our younger member to have access to the weight and functional area.

We offer tailored one-on-one, partner, or group sessions for children aged 8 and up, ensuring they get the most out of their sweat sessions.
