Karen has been an avid fitness buff who enjoys life through the lens of positive spirituality and physical health. An E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, Karen is grateful to be able to share her love of yoga, REACH, and Pilates with others in both a teaching and management capacity. Karen creates a welcoming environment with students and team members, encouraging self-acceptance, wellness, restoration, and personal growth. Karen especially enjoys the challenge of creating a dynamic and fun sequence in each and every class that connects deeply with her students. 630-315-5347Dawn is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT 200 hour Yoga Instructor. She loves that yoga offers everyone a way to build balance, resilience and strength of the body, and mind. Years of consistent practice led her to becoming a teacher to share the gift of yoga with others. Dawn is passionate about fitness, the outdoors, travel and family. When not teaching she is busy with her husband and three kids, and volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House in Winfield. At the club since: 2020
Katie is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography and a Minor in Pilates, which includes a certification in rehabilitation. Katie has worked with professional athletes in Las Vegas, including members of the Nevada Ballet and team members from the MLB and NFL. She currently teaches Pilates classes locally. Katie grew up in the dance competition world, which contributes her knowledge of body awareness, alignment and athleticism. Her certifications include General Group Exercise, Spin/Cycle, Yoga, TRX, CRT & Barre, most recently adding REACH classes to that list. What’s kept her in the business so long is the joy of walking alongside members in the journey of learning how to keep their bodies healthy and strong for the long haul, and doing it together. When Ronda stepped on her mat 25 years ago, she knew she had discovered something unique that offered a daily physical requirement to her life. Later she discovered the mental practice with the breath being the bridge between the two. Yoga has been a balance beam for Ronda, offering her at times physical, mental, and emotional support. Two years ago, she decided to share her knowledge and love for yoga by becoming a certified yoga teacher. She has continued her education since receiving her CYT200 by adding a certification in Restorative Yoga and many others. 200hr Certified. At the club since 2019
