Wheaton Sport Center exists to improve and energize the quality of life for members and their families through motivation, support, and exceptional service in a safe and friendly neighborhood atmosphere.
We take our member’s club experience very seriously. We are constantly upgrading and evolving the club to meet and exceed your fitness and wellness needs. Come in and see us!
The gym is a shared space and is sometimes reserved as part or all of the gym. Please be respectful of these reservations and their activities. For schedule and open gym times, please refer to the Gym Schedule above.

WSC is an active supporter of several local charities. Some of the organizations we collaborate with each year include: Ronald McDonald House Charities, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Outreach Community Ministries, American Association of University Women, Soles for Souls, and more. In 2016, we also supported Tennis Thanks the Troops, Rally for a Cure, and Cal’s Angels for Pediatric Cancer. In addition, we provide donations to over 50 local school and charity events for their annual fundraisers.

Molly joins the WCS tennis team as a lifelong competitive tennis player and coach of many years. Molly played college tennis at Ball State during her Freshman year and then transferred to Taylor University where she played #1 singles and #1 doubles for all 3 seasons. Molly was named NAIA All-American and placed in top spots in several ITA tournaments. Prior to college, Molly was a competitive nationally ranked junior player, reaching Indiana’s #1 spot in her age division several times. At Carmel High School she led her team to 3 state championships and 1 doubles state championship with a high school record of 101-2. Molly works full-time in the non-profit sector and also coaches the Wheaton Academy Girls Tennis Team. She is a PTR certified tennis professional. At the club since: 2022
630.315.5386A lifelong Wheaton resident, Josh has been a member at the Wheaton Sport Center since birth and his grandparents were original WSC members. He joined the WSC staff as a tennis pro in 2012. Josh is PTR certified and also has his Cardio Tennis Instructor Certification. He is a skillful racquet stringer and has been stringing tennis racquets since he was a junior. A 4-time Illinois High School Association State Qualifier in singles and doubles, Josh has also coached at his alma matter Wheaton Academy. Players and teammates are inspired by his energy and enthusiasm on court as well as his love of the game. At the club since: 2012
630.315.5386Brian’s tennis background started in Texas as a ranked junior both in Texas and Nationally. During his junior career, he was also certified as a USTA umpire and was a tournament director. He was also a volunteer for the Dallas Tennis Association and Secretary/Treasurer of the Dallas Professional Tennis Association. He played college tennis at the University of Illinois, and was the team Captain and team MVP his senior year. After college, he was certified as a USPTA Level 1 Professional and taught tennis in Texas, working with all level players including performance juniors. He then worked for Wilson Tennis and during his early years with Wilson, his family was named Texas Tennis Family of the year. He worked for Wilson for 14 years and served on the board of the Tennis Industry Association. Brian currently runs his own business and serves as the Board President of the Chicago District Tennis Association. Brian’s passion for coaching came from his coach growing up, and he loves to see improvement in players’ games through strategy and confidence. At the club since: 2023
630-315-5386Mike joins the WSC team of Tennis Professionals with over 25 years of experience as a Tennis Professional, a Tennis Program Director, and a Tournament Director. Originally from Michigan, Mike has taught both juniors and adults of all ages and levels. He has a lifelong passion for tennis as both an accomplished player and coach. Among his on-court accomplishments, Mike has won multiple singles and doubles tournaments, including the USTA Mixed Doubles 8.0 National Championships and have coached players who have earned scholarships and advanced to Division I college competition. He is a USPTA certified tennis professional. At the club since 2023.
630.315.5386Dave is a lifelong tennis player. He grew up on the East Coast where he played junior tournaments and captained his High School and College tennis teams. While in college, Dave taught tennis over the summers at various clubs in Connecticut, providing private and group lessons. After a 40 year business career, he jumped back into the competitive tennis arena. In 2019 he was a member of the US Gordon Trophy team that beat Canada, as well as the USTA 55+ Men’s Doubles 9.0 team that won the National Championship in Surprise, AZ. He continues to play competitively and in 2023 he nationally ranked in singles and doubles in the USTA 65+ age division. In 2023, he won a silver medal in doubles at the Senior Games in Pitttsburgh, PA. Dave is also a member of the USIC (ie, International Tennis Club). He enjoys working with players of all ages, especially juniors and adults that are looking to play local and national tournaments. At the club since 2023.
630-315-5326Anne joined Wheaton Sport Center as a teaching professional in May 2013. She is a PTR Certified Professional in 10&Under, 11-17 and Adult Tennis Development. Past experience in coaching teams was at both Glenbard South High School and Elmhurst College. Additionally she coached 2 USTA Junior Teams that qualified for Midwest Sectionals. She is the USTA Junior Team Tennis West Suburban League Coordinator for Chicago and a member of the Wilson Tennis Advisory Staff. At the club since: 2013
630-315-5386Tennis Professional Morrie is a PTR certified Tennis Professional since 2009. Because of his passion for tennis, he has been a student of the game and really enjoys teaching all levels of players. Morrie has been involved in the tennis community for a number of years. He has been a USTA captain and an NITTL coordinator. He has also coordinated in-house leagues and groups at other clubs. Morrie created the online application that is used by the Northern Illinois Traveling Tennis League (NITTL), Greater Suburban Indoor Tennis League (GSITL), and the Fox Valley Women’s Tennis League (FVWTL). 630.31.5386Lead Racquet Stringer – As the Senior Tennis Administrator, Jane organizes multiple managerial processes in the Tennis Welcome Center. She also coordinates our racquet stringing service and uses her expertise to efficiently string racquets and advise members on stringing and equipment. In addition to teaching & coaching at WSC, Jane coaches girls tennis at Wheaton North High School and is PTR Certified. She attended DePauw University & National Louis University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and Masters in Teaching, respectively. She spent her youth playing competitive tennis, achieving top twenty rankings for Midwest girls several years running. At the club since: 2011 630.690.0887 x372
630-315-5372As the tennis relations coordinator, Susan’s primary responsibility is to welcome new tennis members and integrate them into the tennis community at the Wheaton Sport Center. Susan also administers the in-house tennis leagues, coordinates adult special events and socials, and assists with travel team administration. She brings experience and talent in customer service to the WSC team. Susan is an avid tennis player, playing several days per week and competing in the NITTL league. At the club since: 2015
630-315-5339Allie Beyer is an E-RYT and has been teaching hot and vinyasa yoga since 2015. She enjoys challenging her students to grow in their practice by experimenting with familiar movements in unfamiliar ways. Allie likes to remind her students (and herself) that it’s just yoga – Have fun with it and find playfulness on the mat! 200hr Certified, Hot & Aerial Certified. At the club since 2015
Beth Pomatto comes to the Wheaton Sport Center with a passion for yoga and serving others. Beth has been practicing yoga most of her life. She became inspired to get her 200hr training to help others experience the benefits of yoga for themselves. Beth has been teaching yoga to all ages for 9 years and is continuing her yoga education in multiple class formats while working towards her 500hr certification. She is excited to share the benefits of yoga with you. 200hr Certified. At the club since: 2012
