Jen Miller

Jen is passionate about helping others live healthy lives and is grateful to share the benefits of yoga, along with good playlists and a sense of humor, with any level and age of student. After experiencing the benefits of yoga in her own life, she obtained her 200 RYT in 2019 and her 500 RYT in 2021. A lifelong learner both on and off the mat, Jen is certified in multiple formats, including traditional hot, sculpt, senior, and yin yoga. She looks forward to practicing with WSC members and hopes they can take the peace, mindfulness, and strength they demonstrate in class into their daily lives. 500 hour Yoga Alliance certified.
