Jen Miller

Jen is passionate about helping others increase their health, strength, and flexibility as they age. She is grateful to share the benefits of yoga, along with good playlists and a sense of humor, with any level and age of student. After experiencing the benefits of yoga in her own life, she obtained her RYT 200 in 2019, her RYT 500 in 2021, and her E-RYT 200 in 2025. A lifelong learner both on and off the mat, Jen is certified in multiple formats, from traditional hot to sculpt. She enjoys practicing with WSC members and hopes they can take the strength and mindfulness they demonstrate in class into their daily lives. RYT 500 hour and E- RYT 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified. At the club since 2022.
