Kelly discovered pilates during her dance training and soon developed a desire to share it with others. She began her teaching career in New York City in 2004 and over the last twenty years has taught both classes and private sessions. As an instructor, her focus is personalizing pilates to meet the needs of each individual or group. She wants her clients to build strength and body awareness that makes them feel energized and agile in their daily lives. Kelly enjoys teaching the fundamentals to beginners, challenging experienced students to reach new levels, and providing effective workouts to those with physical limitations. She is certified through Stott Pilates in mat, reformer, cadillac, chair, and barrels. Kelly also has a BA from Hope College where she studied Dance and Communication. At the club since 2024
630-315-5347Kirsten’s yoga journey began here at the Wheaton Sport Center, as a way back to a strong core after having her two children. On her mat she found a calm amidst the chaotic joy of being home with her two preschool children. Upon returning to the workplace her desire and need to be centered only increased. As a result, she took the leap to become 200 RYT certified in 2019. Kirsten loves bringing balance to each pose, flow, class, and day. Taking lessons learned on your matt with you into all areas of your life. 200hr Certified. At the club since: 2020

630.315.5324Molly has been teaching yoga for three years and practicing for more than 12. A longtime tennis player at the Sport Center, she came to yoga for increased flexibility but soon discovered the mental benefits and the magic of Savasana. Molly believes that yoga is for everyone, and she designs her vinyasa flows to be challenging yet accessible, offering more advanced options and also modifications. She views yoga as a self-affirming discipline, and she encourages students to transfer the positive lessons they learn on the mat to their everyday lives. An RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, Molly has her certification in Advanced Teaching Skills from Prairie Yoga. 200hr certified. At the club since 2018
Sara Falk comes to the Wheaton Sport Center with a passion for health and fitness. When Sara took her first yoga class, she was immediately drawn to its ability to calm the mind, strengthen her body, and connect to her inner self. Off her mat she enjoys strength training so when she took her first Yoga Sculpt class she was hooked and decided to share her passion with others! Sara looks forward to creating fun playlists and encouraging her students to find their edge. At the club since 2023
Tina Mote has Steve Ross to thank for her yoga journey. Back in 2000, Steve had a show on the Oxygen Channel called Inhale with Steve Ross. “Why didn’t my high school counselor tell me this was a choice?!!!” she thought upon watching that first episode. Although that show resonated deeply with her, it took a couple of decades before Tina earned her 200-hour certification in hatha yoga, meditation, yin yoga, and restorative yoga. In the meantime, her personal practice of yoga helped her navigate her adventures (or misadventures) of life—becoming a math professor and helping her students overcome fears and phobias of math; raising her son and daughter; moving from always living in southern U.S. to the Chicagoland area; falling in love with long-distance running; learning Transcendental Meditation; and becoming a whole-foods, plant-based eater. Practicing yoga has been the conduit for Tina to no longer feel like she lives in a rat race, allowing her to meet herself as she is and no longer living in the “should’ve, could’ve, would’ve world”. On and off the mat, yoga has enabled Tina to become a better mom, colleague, and overall human. As Tina further progresses down this road, she is excited to share what she has learned with others. At the club since 2024
Tony took his first yoga class in 2017 and was obsessed ever since. Growing up always being inflexible, he started practicing as a means to try to help heal chronic pain and improve his overall well-being. After practicing for a few months, he started to notice positive changes in his mental and physical health that radically changed his quality of life. He then decided to become a teacher to help people heal themselves and to find more peace in their lives. Currently he is teaching around the Chicago area as well as training for the Midwest division of the USA yoga competitions. At the club since 2023
