Tanner Shultz has a background in Division One wrestling which required him to train both his strength and cardio fitness simultaneously. This is exactly the type of training you’ll get from our ZONE60 small group training workouts. Tanner has a master’s degree in exercise physiology which helps him design workouts that are safe, effective and fun. Tanner enjoys camping with his family (or alone). He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist with NSCA and a certified nutrition coach from Precision Nutrition. At the club since 2020.630-315-5373
Stephanie Brown has a background in strength and cardio training. She has completed many 1/2 marathons and sprint triathlon/duathlons. In her free time, she is attending multiple sports for her active kids. She started with the ZONE360 team in 2018. She is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist with NASM. She is also certified to in TRX and Cycle. At the club since 2010.
Suzi Berner has been inspiring folks to reach their fitness goals for the last 12 years. She is a Cycle Instructor and ZONE360 Coach at WSC. Suzi competes in triathlons from the sprint distance to full Ironman, at the local level as well as on the world stage. She also competes in Time Trials & Criterium bike races. She is certified in AFAA, MADD Dog Athletics for Cycling, Advanced Les Mills Body Pump, and CPR. In her spare time, she enjoys family and being outdoors. At club since 2018.
Leslie Krueger has always had a passion for fitness, especially after competing in multiple sports, including collegiate softball. Leslie has also completed 3 sprint triathlons and 4 half-marathons and juggles being a mom of three children. After leaving a desk job in 2019, Leslie decided it was time to bring her passion for fitness to others. Leslie is certified in AFAA and CPR/AED. She started at WSC as a Group Ex Instructor early 2020, and she joined the ZONE360 team June 2020. Leslie loves being outside chasing her children, baking all sorts of fun treats (it’s all about balance!) or being on the water. At the club since 2020.
Catherine Kravets has a background in competitive volleyball. Over the last five years, she has focused her training on functional fitness (full body movements that promote a healthy posture and increased strength). In her free time, Catherine started a Female Fitness Group at Wheaton College where she emphasized good lifting technique and confidence in the gym. She is certified as a personal trainer with NASM and is also Level One CrossFit certified. At the club since 2020.
