Studio 3 Renovation Update

Studio 3 Renovations – We’re excited to share that renovations are complete and classes in Studio 3 have resumed. As part of this remodel, the size of Studio 3 has been slightly reduced to make room for a dedicated Recovery Room.  Studio 3 will continue to host your favorite Box ‘N Burn and Group Fitness Training classes.

We believe these new luxury amenities will help you train harder, recover smarter, and feel your best every day. Recovery Room is Open! It’s the perfect post-workout destination to support your recovery and wellness.
