With a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Michelle has been a certified personal trainer since 2015 and has successfully trained over 100 clients with a wide range of goals and abilities. Her background includes leading dynamic group fitness classes such as spin, HIIT, step aerobics, and strength training, while also creating engaging and results-driven workouts for all fitness levels. In addition to personal training, Michelle is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with advanced certifications in special populations and special needs nutrition.
