Brooke Halperin
Brooke Halperin is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and a 300-hour Pilates–certified instructor on both mat and reformer. Brooke discovered yoga while in college and deepened her practice during her journey through infertility. The calm, grounding support yoga offered for both mind and body became an anchor for her through treatments and ultimately through successful pregnancies.
Inspired by the profound impact yoga had on her own life, Brooke felt called to share this practice with others as a tool for strength, balance, and resilience through all stages and walks of life. She went on to complete her 200-hour training, as well as comprehensive Pilates certification, blending mindful movement with functional strength and thoughtful alignment.
A Wheaton resident, married 18 years and mom of three active teenagers, Brooke can often be found not only teaching and taking classes at the club, but also around town, supporting her community both on and off the mat. Always looking to challenge not only her students but also herself as a teacher.
At the club since 2026
