Carrie Provost comes to the Sport Center with an eclectic resume – her primary career is as an orchestra conductor and violinist in the DuPage Symphony Orchestra. Yoga has become an integral part of Carrie’s life since she started taking classes 15 years ago at the Sport Center. She was inspired to complete the 200 hour teacher training in order to help others experience yoga’s benefits! She also recently became certified with the Aquatic Exercise Association. Julie Rollins has been teaching at WSC as an AEA certified aquatic instructor since 2019, but her participation in the water goes back as far as she can remember. She taught swimming while in high school and had her Red Cross Life Guard Certification while her children were in school. Julie has been involved as a participant in water classes since 2004. Prior to becoming an aquatic instructor Julie worked as a register nurse. At the club since: 2019
Leslie Krueger has always had a passion for fitness, especially after competing in multiple sports, including collegiate softball. Leslie has also completed 3 sprint triathlons and 4 half-marathons and juggles being a mom of three children. After leaving a desk job in 2019, Leslie decided it was time to bring her passion for fitness to others. Leslie is certified in AFAA and CPR/AED. She started at WSC as a Group Ex Instructor early 2020, and she joined the ZONE360 team June 2020. Leslie loves being outside chasing her children, baking all sorts of fun treats (it’s all about balance!) or being on the water. At the club since 2020.
Lisa believes that exercise can be a healing, fulfilling, and joyful activity to improve one’s health and well-being. She is passionate about getting her clients to work toward their fullest potential. In addition, she enjoys assisting her clients to grow stronger and move easily through proper technique and posture improvement. Lisa’s areas of interest include working with a variety of clients, especially those wanting to improve mobility, recover/prevent injury, and work toward lifelong health goals as well as athletes of all levels. Lisa has been a fitness enthusiast since childhood but it became a passion while attending Wheaton College. There she discovered the lifelong benefit of caring for her body through exercise. Lisa earned her B.S degree in Applied Health Science at Wheaton College and has five years of previous experience as an Exercise Therapist for spine conditions at Russeau Team Healthcare. At the club since 2012.
