Designed for every workout and every fitness level, the WSC Fitness Floor features everything you need to move, strengthen, and recover. Warm up in our spacious FlexCore Stretching Area, equipped with mobility tools and open space to improve flexibility and prepare your body for exercise. Explore our extensive Cardio Area with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowers, and stair climbers, then build strength in our Weight Area, offering free weights, selectorized machines, and functional training equipment for a complete workout.

Whether you're looking to shoot around, join a pickup game, or stay active with family and friends, our full-size basketball gym offers the perfect place to play. Members have access to open gym hours for recreational basketball, individual practice, and casual games in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

The gym is also home to a variety of youth programs, camps, clinics, and special events throughout the year, giving players of all ages the opportunity to build skills, stay active, and have fun.
