Group Exercise for Everyone

With over 75+ group ex classes each week, we have something for everyone. Whether you’re looking to sweat it out with high intensity interval training (HIIT), get strong and lean in one of our strength classes, sit and be fit with chair yoga, or go full speed ahead in Cycle, we have classes for all ages and fitness levels. Our instructors are motivating; our members are passionate; and our Group Exercise program is unprecedented.

Ascend Cycle Studio

Ready to ride? Cycling classes are designed to simulate a variety of different road terrains from steady, flat stretches to hills.

Featured Instructor

Jaime Sessions

Classes she teaches: Power Intervals, Cardio Strength, FAST, Final Cut, Knockout, Cycle, Water Conditioning

Fitness Tip: Drink water before, during, and after your workout and stretch, then stretch some more!

Favorite Workout Move: Burpee, long jump, bear crawl backwards, repeat.

Fun Fact: I have an identical twin sister who lives in Wheaton, so if you wave at me in Target and I give you a funny look, it’s probably my twin!
