Growing physically, as each individual challenges themselves in practices and attends as many meets as possible. To see the enjoyment and benefits of fundamental improvements, team spirit, and race experiences.

Growing mentally, as they understand the discipline, dedication, and commitment that swimming entails. Lessons to be applied to all aspects of their lives as they
mature, gain confidence, and reach to their future.

Growing emotionally and socially as they enjoy the camaraderie of being a part of a close knit swimming team/family. Learning to be leaders as they encourage and role model for younger athletes.
