Personal Training

Personal Training is designed to help you take control of your life by achieving your health and fitness goals. Based upon your unique goals, your trainer will design a customized exercise program that will help you look and feel your best. Personal Trainers are available for 30 or 60-minute sessions with you individually, or with a partner. Our trainers are tiered into Premier, Expert, and Master Trainers. Trainers are tiered upon a number of factors, including level of education, Personal Training experience, number and type of professional certifications, and job performance.
