Fitness Group Orientations

If you are new to working out or simply new to our club, we encourage you to take advantage of our free group orientations. These comprehensive orientations cover how to use cardiovascular, resistance & free weight training equipment. The respective orientations are offered separately in small group one-hour sessions and taught by fitness specialists and Nationally Certified Personal Trainers. This is a great free opportunity to become acclimated to all of our wonderful state of the art exercise equipment.
