Pilates for Golf

This class is based upon the concept of building strength while simultaneously increasing stability, flexibility, balance and core control: all the elements proven to be essential for a great swing.  These classes are all performed on the Pilates Reformer and Mat.  The pace is moderate, yet challenging and will tone and lengthen muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating total body workout.  Capacity for the class is five participants.

Classes begin May 19th and continue through the week of June 23rd.
