Pilates Circuit Training

Pilates Circuit Class incorporates: Reformers, Springboard, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Rollers, Magic Circles, and Stability Balls for an overall body workout. Traditional and modern Pilates exercises for strengthening upper body, lower body, and the core, as well as flexibility. Must take at least one pilates private with the instructor before signing up. Class capacity is 3 and class will run for 6 weeks.

CClasses begin May 19th and continue through the week of June 23rd.
