Please allow seven business days for changes to be made.
Membership Cancellations & Leave of Absences can be completed at Wheaton Sport Center. Members submitting their club cancellation on or before the 15th of the month will have their membership terminated on the last day of that month. Members submitting their club cancellation on the 16th or after will have their membership terminated on the last day of the following month.
If you are interested in reinstating your membership, the following two pdf documents must be completed and turned in to the Front Desk. Both forms are now available in pdf format and may be viewed and printed online.
