Corporate Survivor

Did you know that the Wheaton Sport Center has Corporate Memberships available to
companies when three or more employees join? Your employer benefits from reduced
healthcare costs, medical claims and absenteeism. Studies also show that a more active,
healthy workforce result in improved company morale and productivity.

As a Corporate WSC member you will gain increased energy, which will help you
throughout your workday. You also receive our discounted corporate monthly dues and
enrollment fees. Now you can participate in our first ever WSC Corporate Survivor!

Who: Any WSC Corporate Member

What: Corporate Survivor is a contest that any participating WSC Corporate Member is elgible to participate. Each member must complete a certain amount of fitness activities which would equal points to earn a WSC gym bag. There will be a possible 100 points. If a member completes
100 points, they will receive a WSC gym bag.

When: The Month of October 2007

How: Each Member must first complete an application. This can be easily done in 1 of 3 ways. You can fill out an application at the WSC fitness desk, download the application in pdf format, or you may complete the application online.

If you fill an application at the Fitness Desk or download the application in pdf format, please submit to the Fitness Desk. If you completed the application online, you are all set. Your application has been directly sent to our Corporate Sales Associate, Wendy Whelton.

Then, download the list of activities which will need to be initialed by any WSC employee after each activity is completed.

Prize Redemption: All lists need to be submitted by November 1st. At that time, points will be added up and we will order WSC gym bags for the winners. WSC will hold a small reception in November with refreshments, pictures and prize distribution.
