ACHIEVE YOUR GROUP EXERCISE GOALS
Wheaton Sport Center offers more than 140+ group exercise classes each week for all fitness levels. To maximize the benefits of cross training, we advise the members to visit a variety of classes. Wheaton Sport Center has three exercise studios with shock-absorbing floors. Classes range from PILOXING, Zumba, Pilates, Balletone, Yoga, Hot Yoga, Mixer, Cardio, Flex Fusion and a range of others. We have classes for all ages and fitness levels!
For your convenience a schedule of classes and instructors is posted outside the studios, on the reception desk info board and provided in the links below:

Studio Equipment & Room Capacities:
Due to equipment and room capacity maximums, WSC sign-up process is in effect for classes that are at capacity:
Studio 1: 40
Studio 2: 30
Studio 3: 30
Spin Studio: 41
Mind Body Studio: 30
Current classes at capacity & require sign-ups:
Sign-up Guidelines:
- Sign-up sheets will be in a binder located at the Member Services Desk.
- Members may sign up 30 minutes before class start time.
- Members may only sign up for themselves.
- The instructor will bring the sign-up sheet from the binder to class.
- Please arrive on time for class to ensure your entry.
