ACHIEVE YOUR GROUP EXERCISE GOALS

Wheaton Sport Center offers more than 140+ group exercise classes each week for all fitness levels. To maximize the benefits of cross training, we advise the members to visit a variety of classes. Wheaton Sport Center has three exercise studios with shock-absorbing floors. Classes range from CRT, Knockout, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Mixer, Cardio, Flex Fusion and a range of others. We have classes for all ages and fitness levels!


 

 




 
 
Studio Equipment & Room Capacities

Due to equipment and room capacity maximums, WSC sign-up process is in effect for classes that are at capacity:

Studio 1: 40
Studio 2: 25
Studio 3: 30
Spin Studio: 40
Mind Body Studio: 25

 

Class Sign-up Guidelines, when in effect

MONDAY Power Intervals 9:30am
SATURDAY Spin 8:45am

All CRT & KNOCKOUT classes

  • Sign-up is online.
  • Members may sign up 90 minutes before class start time.
  • Members may only sign up for themselves.
  • Please arrive on time for class to ensure your entry.
  • If class is full and your name is not on the sign-up sheet, you will be asked to exit class.
