Kettlebell 101
This 6-week session is an introduction to kettlebell training. Students will be able to safely perform many kettlebell lifting exercises that serve as the foundation for more advanced kettlebell training.

Intro to Weight Training for Those 60 and Better
The body loses strength and bone density as we age. Strength training can help with both. Other benefits of exercising for seniors include increased joint mobility, increased circulation, balance, naturally lowered blood pressure and lower blood sugar. Exercise releases endorphins, which are an anti-depressant and stress reliever. This small group personal training class is taught by a trainer certified in senior population issues.

Express Fit offers a fun and affordable way to get individualized attention from a personal trainer as well as group support. The 30 minute group personal training class focuses on total body resistance training.
