Consultation

If you are interested in personal training, a consultation allows you to get to know our incredible and supportive staff. Depending on your schedule, goals and familiarity with weight training, our fitness administration will happily pair you with the trainer that would best suit you and your needs. The consultation is the first step to beginning personal training sessions, as you will learn about the Personal Trainer’s background, personality and style of training. From there, your trainer will work hard to help expand your knowledge of fitness while reaching your goals. We offer 30 and 60 minute sessions. Price per session depends on your trainer's level of experience (ranging from Premier to Elite), the duration of the session and the number of members or guests participating. Our fitness brochure located at our Fitness Desk includes all of this information including pricing as well as pictures of our staff.

Personal Training

WSC’s Personal Training is prided as the best group of Personal Trainers in the Chicago-land area! We train members in surpassing their goals from the elderly to the elite athletes! Take control of your life by achieving your health and fitness goals through a customized workout program. Individual, partner and group sessions are available in 30 or 60 minute sessions.

TRX

Talk with a Personal Trainer about the benefits of TRX training offered on our fitness floor. Make your body weight a personalized workout you can never outwork or outgrow.





 


ZoneFit

Our Personal Trainers coach you through this high energy, efficient, result oriented, motivational, group interval training class! With the use of a MyZone heart rate monitor, ZoneFit combines 30 minutes of cardio as well as 30 minutes of core and strength. This communal training is a great workout for fitness enthusiasts of all levels looking to feel more energized and vitalized!!

Kettlebell Training

Kettlebell Training is an excellent workout for those looking to achieve a leaner and stronger physique while developing strength, burning body fat and building power.

Orientations

Based on a designated weekly schedule, orientations would include an introduction to the machinery we offer with the fitness staff member that is working the floor. Our team member will show you the proper use of the cardio, Cybex or Free Motion machines, depending on which orientation you choose. If you would like a copy of the orientation times, they are posted in the brochure located on the fitness desk. We do ask that you sign up for an orientation 24 hours in advance to ensure that our staff is ready when you arrive.

Boxing

 

Boxing workouts challenge you both physically and mentally—an incredible combination! One of our Personal Trainers certified in “Box N Burn”will help you achieve your fitness goals through a unique boxing workout! Get fit and have fun too!

Assessment

A fitness assessment is a scheduled meeting with one of our Personal Trainers to help determine a proper workout program that you will need to achieve your fitness goals. The trainer will ask you a variety of questions regarding your past and current health and your vision for a healthy lifestyle. An assessment may include any or all of the following: body circumference measurements, body-mass index measurements, assessment of cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. Upon the completion of the assessment, the trainer will set up a plan to best prepare you with what is necessary to reach your goals.
