In order to give more information ahead of time for the relays; please see the relays above. There are no relays posted. Please check back.
Notes:
The host team has the right to cancel any or all of the relays if they need to in order to meet the time line for each session of the meet. Coaches will be able to give swimmers this information during the meet session.
There could be potential substitutions and the relays are subject to change at any time.
Alternates should still check in with the coach at the meet to see if they may be swimming on a relay. The team is counting on everyone who signed up for the meet session to be available. However, if suddenly you are not available to swim a relay let Coach Heyer know immediately. If a relay has to be “scratched” because a participant cannot swim, their escrow account will be billed for the entire relay fee.
We want to encourage parents and swimmers to continue to support the coaching staff as we put together the relays. Time was spent figuring out how to give as many swimmers as possible a chance to swim on a relay(s). The objective at this meet is to continue to encourage all relay swimmers to support one another and experience a relay(s) with different combinations of swimmers. Please encourage anyone and everyone with relay questions to talk to Coach Heyer.
