The Wheaton Sport Center Stingrays coaches will communicate as much as possible with parents throughout the season. Please feel free to contact us by phone or e-mail, or speak to us before or after practices. During practice times, while we are on deck with the swimmers, we will not be able to discuss any concerns.
The Stingrays have four main forms of communication:

Find the Stingrays logo on the homepage and click on it. Please check this site every day before practice, for last minute changes or cancellations.
Family Mailboxes
Each family will have a hanging folder in the Stingrays’ Box located on the Member Services Desk. In your folder will be any personal info, meet results, top times, escrow balances, along with individual entry sheets, and any printed flyers.
Bulletin Board
There is a team bulletin board located in the east hallway. Any team info will be located here. There are apparel samples, registration info, swim meet info (time, place, entries, results), top times, and any pertinent competitive swimming info.
Newsletters
These are informational letters, written bi-weekly. They will be e-mailed to all families. The newsletters are also on our Web site.
