Breakfast of Champions
Egg-White Omelet With Vegetable-Cheddar Filling

Quick recipe, there's no excuse not to have a healthy
breakfast. From mixing bowl to table in 10 minutes! A
low-fat, low-carbohydrate, low-cholesterol start to the
day.

Cooking Time: 4 to 5 minutes
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

You Will Need
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon water
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill (optional)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup loosely packed, thinly sliced fresh spinach
1 plum tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons shredded nonfat cheddar cheese
Vegetable cooking spray

What to Do
1. Whisk egg whites, water, dill (if using), salt, and pepper together in a medium
bowl until soft peaks form. Toss spinach, tomato, and cheddar together in a small
bowl.

2. Lightly coat an omelet pan or small skillet with cooking spray and heat over
medium heat 1 minute. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook until eggs begin to
set on bottom.

3. Spread filling over half of omelet, leaving a 1/2-inch border and reserving
1 tablespoon mixture for garnish. Lift up omelet at edge nearest handle and fold
in half, slightly off-center, so filling peeks out. Cook 2 minutes. Slide omelet onto
a serving plate and garnish with reserved filling.

Holistic Lifestyle Program

Do you feel a strong desire to live a healthier more fulfilling life? The Holistic Lifestyle program is a 12-week one-on-one program that is expertly designed to coach you in practicing positive lifestyle behaviors. The coaching program consists of two weekly coaching sessions over the course of the twelve weeks. Included in the program are progress measurements, lifestyle assessment, metabolic typing to assess nutrition, homework assignments, appropriate exercise program and bodyMind exercises. Also included in the coaching sessions are highly educational lectures that reveal the truth about: food quality, how to improve your sleep/wake cycle, managing your stressors, how to detoxify your body and much more!

Here is what some past participants are saying about the program:

Before enrolling in the Holistic Lifestyle Program, I lived with daily headaches for many years, rarely slept through the night, experienced abdominal discomfort, had puffy, dark circles under my eyes and had 28% body fat. I started the program hoping to eliminate just one of these problems but after 3 months in the program, I dropped to 19% body fat, I sleep through the night, I don't have any more headaches, abdominal pain and eye puffiness. I definitely recommend this program for any and everyone! -Holistic Lifestyle program Participant

I started the Holistic Lifestyle program because I really needed to lose weight and wanted to lose it in a healthy way. Once I began the program, I almost immediately noticed a difference in my energy levels and ability to deal with stress. Even more exciting for me was being able to get a full-nights sleep, which I hadn’t, in a very long time. I was a little hesitant about the meditation for stress management because it is so outside of the box for me but now I am doing meditative breathing every day and I look forward to it at the end of a stressful day at work! For me, the ability to sleep through the night and manage my stress is worth the cost but I was pleasantly surprised by weight loss and a confidence that I can continue this lifestyle for the rest of my life. -Holistic Lifestyle program Participant
